the location was acceptable. it provided reasonable access to certain attractions.
i found the room quite small. there was barely any space to open my suitcase. the noise from the street was constant and disruptive, it made it difficult to rest.. additionally, there was no access to drinking water other than from the tap.

The location was great! The hotel is close to the metro station.
The room was too small. There was not enough space for luggage, forcing us to keep it on the floor. This was inconvenient. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, and the room smelled of dampness.

I loved that the rooms were super modern. the location is convenient for visiting plaza mayor and puerta del sol (i walked everywhere!). antonio at check-in was especially helpful. He gave great tips for navigating the city. i really appreciated the daily diligent cleaning of my room.
my room was a tad noisy from the street, but it was manageable.

the hotel provides conveniences such as tea and coffee in the rooms, really nice. rooms also have a kettle, made making a quick cuppa very easy and enjoyable. the staff provided service always and were really helpful.

The location was great. It was very close to everything. I stored my luggage with no issues before and after my stay! The metro station is only 200 meters away. Accessing the airport was simple. I found amazing coffee right next door which was quite handy.
The room was slightly smaller than expected. Not much space was available to lay down my suitcase
